| The Hotel is considered to be a major landmark in the area and is built on the ramparts of a 16th century Portuguese fortress and is part of a sprawling 88 acres complex situated right on the beach. It is located in Sinquerim, Bardez, Goa and is 45 kms from the airport, 25 kms from the railway station and 15kms from the bus stand.
